Covid-19 Promise

Our Promise – moving forwards together

Well, clearly the World is a very different place to the one in which we started the business - what seems a lifetime ago - back in 1992. Whilst Covid-19 has shaken the travel industry to the core, we are determined to bounce back even stronger than before. We will be celebrating our 30th anniversary in the summer of 2022 and look forward to enjoying that great milestone together and many more thereafter!

At this time, we'd like to thank you - our fabulous and loyal customers for your continued understanding, support and optimism and to reassure you that the future is filled with brilliant trips and tours, educational experiences and memorable opportunities, all just around the corner. It's been a period of unprecedented challenge, and all of us in travel, sport and education have been adapting to the changes that are shaping our present as well as our future. Many of our goals and dreams are being redefined as we continue to come to terms with the shape of things to come. We have all sacrificed so much and can't wait to have the chance to travel again to ski, compete, perform, study and explore just as soon as we possibly can. In the meantime, as an independent family owned and managed business we have always been proud of the personal service for which we are well known and for the strength of relationships with our customers and suppliers alike. We'll be striving to reinforce both over the coming weeks, months and years.

Book ahead with confidence! Our COVID GUARANTEE has been created to give you total peace of mind in the planning of your next trip. Let’s work together as we continue to offer wonderfully enriching and life-changing experiences. For our part, we’ll offer the greatest flexibility and best support to help make this happen. We are happy to reduce the deposit payment commitments from you whenever this is viable for us and to extend deadlines on this basis too. We’ll let you know before we make any financial commitments on your behalf with our suppliers and be transparent as to those terms being imposed on us for your trip. We’ll promise to be as fair and open as possible to make this work for everyone.

For clarity, you will be offered a full refund if:

  • The FCDO advises against all but essential travel to your destination in the days leading up to your trip.

  • Your destination Government precludes your trip from taking place.

  • We are unable to deliver your trip for another reason (your tournament is cancelled, ski resort closed etc).

What’s more, as travel insurance is included in all our school and youth group trip packages for 2022, you will also be covered if any individuals in your travelling party:

1.      Test positive for Covid-19 in the 10 days prior to the trip

2.      Are forced to self-isolate based on track and trace or PHE advice

3.      Require Covid-19 medical cover in destination

That’s a huge reassurance for you (and us) in the planning and booking of your trip. Please click here for further details.

Please feel free to read the documents hereafter, which we hope will help answer any questions you may have in more detail and to assist you moving forwards. We are always here to help of course. With very best wishes from us all.
