Whilst Covid-19 created unprecedented challenges for us all, especially those of us in travel, as we celebrate our 30th anniversary season in 2022-2023, we are delighted that so many groups are travelling once again. Of course, we'd like to thank you - our fabulous and loyal customers - for your continued understanding, support and optimism. The future is filled with brilliant trips and tours, educational experiences and memorable opportunities, all just around the corner! As an independent family owned and managed business we have always been proud of the personal service for which we are well known and for the strength of relationships with our customers and suppliers alike. We'll be striving to reinforce both over the months and years ahead.

Some challenges still remain of course, but you can now book ahead with confidence at least! Our COVID GUARANTEE has been created to give you total peace of mind in the planning of your next trip. Let’s work together to offer life-changing experiences that enrich and reward. We’ll offer the greatest flexibility and best support to help make this happen and always promise to be as fair and open as possible to make this work for everyone.

For clarity, you will be offered a full refund if:

  • The FCDO advises against all but essential travel to your destination in the days leading up to your trip.

  • We cancel your holiday, trip or tour because your destination has closed its borders and we are unable to provide your package.

  • We are unable to deliver your trip for another reason (your tournament is cancelled, ski resort closed etc) and a suitable alternative cannot be found.

What’s more, as travel insurance is included in all our school and youth group trip packages , you will also be covered if any individuals in your travelling party:

1.      Test positive for Covid-19 in the 14 days prior to the trip

2.      Are forced to self-isolate based on track and trace or PHE advice

3.      Require Covid-19 medical cover in destination
