Educational School & College trips to Amsterdam

An ever popular school trip destination with a wonderful wide sandy beach, the seaside resort of Noordwijk is only 40 minutes from Amsterdam. With plenty of local attractions, you can take a canal trip, visit windmills, a clog factory and cheese farm, see the famous museums or visit the Amsterdam Arena stadium. Holland has long been a favourite with our school groups.

Destination Guide

This is a really popular resort, on the Dutch coast, a little south of Amsterdam. A lively town with a fantastic sandy beach, there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and arcades here to keep your group entertained. We can reserve ten pin bowling for you on request and there is also swimming and crazy golf in the town.

Amsterdam has a variety of fascinating attractions including canal boats trips, Anne Frank House, the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum and Amsterdam Arena stadium. Noordwijk is home to Space Expo, the European Space Agency’s largest permanent centre. Zaanse Schans is a delightful old village with tradesmen's workshops, historic windmills and engaging little shops showing how a typical village would have been in the 17th and 18th centuries. Learn about clog-making, cheese-making and more. You can see all the famous sights in the miniature city of Madurodam, the popular attraction in The Hague.

A trip to the Duinrell tropical pool and amusement park is fun whatever the weather, while the popular theme park at De Efteling is an enchanted kingdom of rides and attractions.

Accommodation

The popular family-run budget hotels in Noordwijk offer simple en-suite accommodation for 4–6 pupils sharing. Half and full board options are available. Each is within easy walking distance of the shops and beach. Upgrade accommodation can be offered on request.
