Hockey Tournaments and Tours in Noordwijk Aan Zee, Holland

A popular beach resort on the Dutch coast and just 40 minutes from Amsterdam, Noordwijk is a great base for school and club hockey teams to tour to Holland. With dozens of top teams to play against in the region, you will be well placed for tournament and match arrangements with guest coaching with international players also available to add an extra dimension to your programme.

All our hotels are within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants.
It’s an easy drive to the theme park and tropical pool at Duinrell while an excursion into Amsterdam can include a visit to a museum, stadium tour or a boat trip along the canals. You can always watch a National League match in season at one of the top clubs in the region (subject to scheduling of course).

Sports

Hockey
Successful at the Olympics yet again, the Dutch have a fantastic record in World hockey. With so many top facilities too, it's no wonder that Holland is an obvious choice for hockey teams of all ages and abilities. Training time can be organised at National League facilities and there are loads of Easter and end of season festivals to enjoy if you want to enjoy the party atmosphere too.

Accommodation

Most of our teams stay in family run hotels including the Hotel de Ossewa and the Hotel Aan Zee in simple rooms for 3-4 pupils sharing. Hotel upgrades and accommodations in central Amsterdam for senior teams can also be organised should you prefer.

Travel

Coach travel is a cost effective and popular choice for school groups travelling to Holland. The transfer time is about 4 hours from Calais while overnight ferries from Hull-Rotterdam and Newcastle-Amsterdam are also possible on request. Flights into Amsterdam and Eindhoven are available from a number of regional airports too.

The Duinrell theme park and indoor tropical pool is a great fun whatever the weather. Match tickets for a National League game at one of the top clubs in the region can be added to your package on request.
