Our swimming training camps in Malta offer the perfect combination of comfortable accommodation close to top quality pool facilities to create an unrivalled environment for training conditions. Based in the central Mediterranean, between Sicily and the north African coast, Malta has a climate that swim and sports groups can enjoy throughout the year. Daily sessions at the 50m outdoor heated Olympic pool will be scheduled during your stay.

The Swimming Package

Here at Absolute Sports Travel we’ve been looking after sports teams on tour for 30 years now since way back in 1992.

Your swim tailor-made training camp package will typically include;

  • Choice of accommodation, and number of nights

  • Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) catering for dietary requirements

  • Swimming pool training sessions, typically twice daily

  • Land training sessions, use of gym, & fitness facilities

  • Flight or coach transportation with local transfers as required

  • Possible excursions and local entertainments

  • Meet & greet and local representation

Excursions & Visits

Your tour package can be tailored to suit your requirements, and can include various optional local excursions and activities.

Travel

Flights are also available into Malta from a number of regional UK airports. All local transfers will be included for your tour.

The transfer time to from Malta International airport to Sliema is less than half an hour on the coach.

Where to stay

Sliema, Malta

The National swimming pool is located at the SportMalta Tal-Qroqq Sports Complex featuring a full size 50m Olympic pool and a 25m diving pool. The pool is heated from the end of September to the end of May to maintain a temperature of 26.5-27 Celsius. The dive pool is not heated during the Winter.

We use a number of 3 star and 4 star hotels in nearby resort of Sliema which is a 10 minute transfer to the National Swimming Complex.
