The nearby Eisriesenwelt (World of the Ice Giants) is the largest natural ice cave system in the world, totalling over 40km, with huge breath-taking ice formations.
A range of supervised activities are available in the area and we can build a programme to suit your requirements including: high rope course, kayaking, archery, sailing and mountain biking. Tickets can be arranged to take the cable-car up the mountain, with an accompanied walk back down.

The mountaintop Kehlsteinhaus (Eagle’s Nest) in Berchtesgaden was built by the Nazis as a retreat for Hitler, and gifted to him on his 50th birthday in 1939. The building survived the war, and now houses a mountain restaurant with lovely panoramic view over the surrounding area.
