The Netball Package

The climate dictates that the best time to tour is between October and May.

In the tranquility of the desert, and just half an hour from the aiport, the Sevens Stadium is Dubai's world-class sports and entertainment venue. Built for the Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens, the stadium is the backdrop for many of Dubai's biggest sporting events, with 4 x floodlit courts on site and home of the Dubai Netball League.

Competitive friendly matches and coaching sessions can be organised to suit your aspirations. School, university and club teams will all enjoy and benefit from the fabulous tour experience here. Your hosts will offer excellent competition and with a large ex-pat international community, there is always scope for relationship building with clubs and schools.

Excursions & Visits

There are so many incredible possibilities on a netball tour to Dubai and the Middle East:

Enjoy an excursion to Wild Wadi Waterpark and a half day desert safari with BBQ.

Visit Burj Khalifa and ascent the world's fastest elevator to the top of the world's tallest building, for an unsurpassed view of Dubai and the region.

Possibility to visit the Centre of Cultural Understanding Dubai for an educational experience for school groups.

Enjoy a Dubai city tour or a visit to one of the fabulous beaches.

Optional tour extensions can incorporate Abu Dhabi too.

Day 1

Travel to the airport. Some flights are during the day, others depart in the evening through the night, to arrive in Dubai the next morning.

Day 2

Free time to explore including the shopping malls (take the metro, in walking distance from your hotel). Optional visit to the Centre of Cultural Understanding or the beach.

Evening dinner.

Day 3

Breakfast. Transfer to the Sevens Stadium complex for training session or free time by the pool to relax and prepare for your games.

Afternoon friendly fixtures against a local school or club. Make your own way to the iconic Burj Khalifa skyscraper to watch the fountain show, over 250 metres in length and the largest choreographed fountain system in the world. Head back to the hotel for evening dinner.

Day 4

Breakfast at hotel. Free morning to relax by the pool or beach or enjoy a half day Dubai city tour.

Afternoon departure for your desert safari, jump into the 4WD vehicles and head off into the sand dunes. Arrive at the main camp just in time to watch the sunset over the desert and enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner. After a fantastic evening, head back to your hotel.

Day 5

Make your way to Burj Khalifa. Ascend the world's fastest elevator to the top of the world's tallest building, for a spectacular view over Dubai.

Depart for friendly fixtures against a local club or school.

Day 6

Breakfast. Excursion to Wild Wadi Waterpark. The park has 24 different rides and slides including the tallest freefall slide outside of the USA.

Day 7

Breakfast. Transfer back to the airport for your flight back home.

Dubai accommodation

You'll stay in comfortable hotel accommodation throughout your tour such as the 4-star Two Seasons Hotel, Dubai Internet city. Most groups have buffet breakfast included with at the hotel with evening dinners here or at local restaurants. Free access to the outdoor swimming pool is included. The hotel is close to the Dubai metro line for easy access to the shopping malls.
